Q: What is The Heera's return policy?

A: At The Heera, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Please note that we can only accept returns for products that are in their original, unopened and unused condition. In the case that you receive a wrong size, we will provide a full refund or replacement. We will not accept returns for opened or used products except for the wrong or defective piece.
