Return/Exchange Policy at THE HEERA
At our store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
Currently we do not offer any RETURN policy.
In case of size issue, we will gladly accept exchange within 4 days of delivery (only if the size is available). To initiate a exchange, please contact instagram team or email us for instructions.
Please note that we can only accept exchange for products that are in their original and unused condition. We will not accept exchange for used products.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your replacement. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
